DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • TO PROVIDE HIGH LEVEL CLINICAL CARE
    • Providing medical consultation to staff, students and general public. This includes prescription and dispensing of medicine, treatment, minor surgery and all general practices.
    • Providing skilled health assessment, diagnosis and treatment services to patients.
    • Ordering diagnostic tests as needed checking and following-up of results in a timely manner.
    • Referring patients appropriately to other providers if their needs exceed your range of care.
    • Having an effective and efficient referral system of patients to the anti-aging and aesthetic clinics.
    • Consulting and collaborating with colleagues to provide optimal care to patients.
    • Teaching and providing hands on training to student/intern doctors.
    • Documenting all care provided and education/information given to patients within their medical health record, as per professional and practice standards/protocols.
  • GENERAL CLINICS
    • Making sure compliance with all regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
    • To provide suggestions and participate in business development and revenue generation of clinic team.
    • Implementing approved proposals, build relationship with business partners, serves as a primary liaison, and communicating as appropriate to ensure successful relationship.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of the strategic plan.
    • Determining the needs, allocating resources, and resolving problems related to staffing, space, equipment and supplies.
    • Review internal policies and standard operating procedures and update as needed.
    • To participate & contribute in new projects from clinic team.
    • Monitoring stock count, amount, expiry and movement regularly.
    • Performing other duties as assigned by General Manager/CEO
  • ADMINISTRATION
    • Performing all relevant administrative tasks as and when required.
    • Participating on behalf of Laurent Bleu Medical Clinic in public exhibitions, open days, orientation days, road shows and conferences.
    • Involving in the drafting of and implementation of Laurent Bleu policies, protocols, emergency response and SOP’s.
    • Involving in compliance with CKAPS/MOH regulations.
    • Involving in compliance with national and international accreditation.
    • Participating in the departmental, faculty, or UCSI-wide working groups or committees as requested.
    • Participating in a staff and departmental meetings.
    • To be the Certificate of Registration Holder and Person In Charge on behalf of Laurent Bleu Medical Clinic in the registration with Ministry of Health Malaysia as when needed.
  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
    • Keeping abreast of latest information, knowledge and advance technologies within the field through attendance of workshops, seminars, conferences and self-study.
  • KNOWLEDGE DISSEMINATION
    • To disseminate knowledge of latest and advance technologies to staff and the public through talks, workshops, training, public seminars with a focus on legislation and good practice.
    • To participate in clinic roadshows whenever necessary.
  • CLINICAL WORK
    • To consult and provide treatment for patients at Laurent Bleu Medical Clinic.
    • Ensure that all patients are seen, and treatment instituted and administered, are within the good clinical practice guidelines and in line with CKAPS/KKM/MOH legislations.
    • To assist when and where necessary with the Medical Clinic and Doctors.
    • To refer patients for Diagnostic Services i.e., X-Ray, Ultrasound, Health Screenings (Path Lab) etc.
    • To fulfill monthly KPI and performance management standards (PMS) assigned by management.
    • You shall perform all other duties that may be assigned to you by your CEO and or General Manager from time to time.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.B.S.) or Medical Degreed (M.D
  • Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) will be an added advantage.
  • Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
  • Minimum 3 years and above of MO practicing experience.
  • Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia & preferably Mandarin speaking)
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • People orientated with good customer service skills.
  • Computer literate
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team

  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To provide assistance and support to the doctor in all aspects of the clinic operations including reception, consultation, procedures, customer service, products and services.
    • To support clinic operation flow (front desk, registration and dispensary) – coordinating and planning clinic activities, communicate patient’s needs, make referrals and serve as a resource person for insurance information.
    • To ensure patients follow clinic’s SOP. Ensure patient safety and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment.
    • To provide effective nursing care to patient; comprehensively assess patients’ needs; triage patients and report accordingly; manage messages from patients.
    • To administer medication as assigned; serve as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects, and dosage; check for proper medication order; document medications; obtain required consent forms to administer immunisations; notify the pharmacies of physician-approved prescriptions; review drug samples to ensure they have not exceeded the expiration date; label sample drugs and educate patients of the medication administration.
    • To be responsible for clinic housekeeping.
    • To take part and play an active role in all activities organised by Laurent Bleu e.g. exhibitions, roadshows.
    • ADMINISTRATION: To assist on daily routine of the clinic’s administrative tasks (patient registration, patient billing, daily sales revenue, stock list, reports).
    • STOCK MANAGEMENT: To assist in stock control and prepare stock report – ensure stocks are available and prepared prior to treatments – report any expired, damaged or missing products to the manager immediately – conduct periodical stock checks and prepare stock reports.
    • TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: To maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and services – participate in the training programme and continuously strive to improve the delivery of products and services through training and feedback.
    • To perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer.

    • Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing/Medical Assistant with valid APC
    • Possess at least a minimum of 2 years working experience in related field.

    Responsibilities
    • Overall responsibility for all radiation safety and checking equipment for any malfunction.
    • To perform general X-Ray for patients as required
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines to minimize risk of exposure to ionizing radiation.
    • Correctly position patients prior to X-ray imaging to obtain high quality films.
    • Overall responsibility to maintain cleanliness & upkeep of the X-Ray Room
    • Able to complete any tasks given by supervisors within the expected time
    Requirements
    • Diploma in Medical Imaging (Radiography) or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years working experience at healthcare facility

    Responsibilities

    Requirements:

    Senior Physiotherapist

    Responsibilities

    • Provide practical and advisory physiotherapy service for patients and all medical, nursing and other allied health staff who are involved in their care
    • Initiate appropriate physiotherapy intervention programs for patients referred to the department
    • Responsible for the smooth running of the Physiotherapy Department
    • Consult and collaborate with consulting physicians and other medical professional in providing physiotherapy treatments in order to provide efficient and effective patient care
    • Responsible for all aspects of management and development of staffs in the physiotherapy department.
    • To stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, techniques and treatments available in the physiotherapy industry.

    Requirements

    • Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Physical Therapy from a recognized institution by the Malaysia Board of Physical Therapy
    • A member of Malaysia Physiotherapy Association
    • Minimum 5 years working experience and at least 2 years in management
    • Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral)

    JD for LB clinic nurse:

    Responsibilities:

    1. To assist doctor in procedures and treatment (blood taking, injection etc)
    2. To support work at clinic front desk, registration and dispensary.
    3. To handle clinic phone calls and patient’s enquiries
    4. Provide effective nursing care to patients.
    5. Ensure patients follow clinic SOP. Ensure patient safety and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment.
    6. Responsible for clinic housekeeping

    1. To assist in stock control and prepare stock report.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Nursing or equivalent.
    • Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board and possess a valid APC.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
